People building AI in Japan are scattered across companies and corners of the city, mostly invisible to each other. First Light is a room for exactly that: each edition, a few builders bring what they're working on — what it is, why it exists, where it's stuck.
Vol. 1:
Talks · 13:45–15:10 Builders take the floor, 12 minutes each. Not pitches — honest sharing among peers: results, lessons, and the occasional failure.
Workshop · 15:30–16:15 We bring a few half-finished things of our own. Tables form, decisions get made. Details revealed on the day.
